About Robina
Hello! My name is Robina, and I am passionate about helping students achieve academic excellence through clear, engaging, and personalized teaching.
I hold a Bachelor of Public Administration (Hons.), an MPhil in Administrative and Management Sciences, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Agribusiness and Marketing. Alongside my academic journey, I have gained valuable professional experience in Human Resources and Administration within the oil and gas sector, enabling me to combine theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world applications.
I believe every student has the potential to succeed when they receive the right guidance and encouragement. My lessons are designed to be supportive, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning style, whether they are preparing for examinations, strengthening their understanding of core concepts, or developing research and academic writing skills.
I teach Business Studies, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Research Methods, and related subjects to O Level, Intermediate, undergraduate, and postgraduate students. My goal is not only to help students achieve excellent academic results but also to build their confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities so they can excel in their future studies and careers.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and focused on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than memorization. I adapt every lesson to the student’s learning style, academic level, and goals, ensuring they gain both confidence and practical knowledge.
I use a combination of explanations, real-world examples, case studies, presentations, practice exercises, and regular assessments to help students master each topic. For university students, I also provide guidance on research methodology, academic writing, literature reviews, presentation skills, and data analysis concepts using SPSS.
A typical lesson lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and the complexity of the subject. Each session includes concept explanation, guided practice, discussion, and feedback to monitor progress.
I hold a Bachelor of Public Administration (Hons.) from Bahauddin Zakariya University, an MPhil in Administrative and Management Sciences, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Agribusiness and Marketing. In addition to my academic background, I have professional experience in Human Resources and Administration within the oil and gas sector, allowing me to connect classroom learning with practical workplace applications.
