About Sumaraj
I am an Environmental engineer with BE in Civil Engineering. Completed Bachelor with gold medal, M. Tech from IIT Kharagpur and currently pursuing PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Auckland, NZ. On maternity leave right now and willing to take personal or group tuitions for high school students in Mysore.

I believe that strong basics in any subject is a must to master any subject. I try to understand the level of basic knowledge of the student and first address the basics if any issues are found. My classes usually will be structured by summarising previous class learnings, covering the topic of the day, discussion of the topic with students and highlighting the main points at the end of class. I strongly believe in understanding a concept by providing real life examples. It is important to have lively discussion in class that results in class room understanding of concepts rather than carrying doubts back home.
