My name is Katie, and I am a Philosophy student at King's College London.

I love reading and am very excited to be your tutor! I am very passionate about English and hope to share the love of the subject with you.

I have lots of experience with different exam boards such as the IB, GCSEs, and the SATs, so I am quite qualified to help tutor you in this subject.

I have a structured approach to my lessons regarding GCSE and IB, with a focus on real practice questions from previous exams that we will work through, following the specifications closely. I also provide strong analysis of the required texts that are necessary for learning, with notes provided for the student afterwards. I can help with IB coursework writing as well as help with the oral sections.

I can provide practice for the SATs through rigorous working through practice questions.

In addition, I can also help younger children still in primary school with reading and grammar.

My lessons would be around 45 mins to 1 hour long, depending on what the students need.

I have had experience working at a primary school as a student volunteer, as well as helping with tutoring kids for their SATs.
