About Andrew
I have 7 years of experience shooting a wide range of photography from concerts, sports, events, portraits and even product. I also have similar experience shooting and editing video in those same fields. My approach to photography is twofold: I view the shooting process as both documentary and painterly, while the editing process helps to enrich those qualities.

I can help you in any aspect of photography from shooting to editing. I was the photo manager for a newspaper for 3 years where I taught new staff members the accepted practices of photojournalism; this included how to train your eye to “see” like a photojournalist, how to swiftly use a camera, and how to edit for print and publish.
My teaching style aims to build a strong foundation of skills you can use to be creative—with me, your skills will kindle (not extinguish) your creativity.
My lessons are for everyone: from beginners to experienced photographers, middle school to college students. I can be both a mentor and a peer. The most important resource you can have in art is a second eye.
