I am a national level swimmer and a physical education student currently in LNIPE, Gwalior. Physical education is a vast subject which involves many things. I want to share my knowledge because i have seen local gyms with trainers without knowledge teaching wrong things and a lot of people spending money on wrong things. So i want to correct these things
