About Chris
Passionate, and curious, I discovered the world of physical preparation through Crossfit 9 years ago. I discovered the fascinating ability of the human body to adapt to the situations it has to face, how to modify it, and make it more efficient.
Since then, I have never stopped experimenting, exploring and my practice has for several years drifted towards Calisthenic, a cousin of Gymnastics which combines strength, flexibility and mastery of one's body in space.
During all these years, I realized how much I like to share my passion, and to transmit my knowledge, it is quite naturally that I decided to pass my diploma of sports educator; diploma that I passed to the Basque Academy of Sport whose reputation is second to none.
With me, there are no false hopes or magic recipes, work and discipline are the basis of all success. I will be there to accompany you during each stage of your transformation, in the victories but also the losses of motivation, we will overcome the obstacles together to lead you to your goals!

Located in Anglet, I receive you in my private gym, at home or outside depending on your preference.
Passionate about my job and in constant search of new knowledge, I put at your disposal all the skills and knowledge acquired during my many years of experience in different sports, Calisthenics (Street Workout), Crossfit, Weightlifting, running to create fun yet challenging workouts and get you closer to your goal.
