About Richard

I am a professional Drummer/Musical director. At the peak of my career multiple opportunities opened up for me due to me being a multi-instrumentalist. My highlights include playing Isle of Wight festival, Wembley SSE, 02 Islington. I have 1st class honours degree in music performance and have been playing various styles of music from a young age including Jazz, R&B, Gospel, Pop and many more....

About the lesson

With half a decade of experience unlocking potential in students as young as 3 years old all the way up to 60! I have taught more than 300 students individually. I am patient, passionate and welcoming. I get the best results by catering my lessons to the students musical interests.
I specialise in improving sight reading ( grades pieces included) In addition to this I also teach students how to play songs without having to read music if that is what you're interested in.
Styles covered include R&B, Pop, Gospel, Jazz and many more genres... for any further enquiries please don't hesitate to contact me.

I play the bass with Richard and I'm lucky as he's one of the most talented musicians I ever played with (Talented in Bass, Keyboard, and specially Drums)
If you want to learn some nice Jazzy lines over the keyboards or funky beats over the drums or master any of these instruments Richard is your teacher, He's patience able to keep him going with the students that struggle with the instrument and he enjoys helping them reaching their goal, which is all what we all are looking for in our tutors.
