About Karina
Karina is a student at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama studying composition as well as piano. She attended Mannes Pre-College in the United States and received an honours degree in classical piano performance. Karina plans to continue her studies in both piano and composition as well as develop her career as a teacher.

Karina works with her students to develop musical, technical, and theoretical skills so that they are able to build a strong foundation. Karina's will often analyse the music her students are playing in the lessons as well as work on technical skills such as scales and arpeggios. She believes that it is crucial to teach her students how to practice efficiently and effectively. Most importantly, Karina gives her students the opportunity to form their own musical tastes and interests. Although she specialises in classical piano teaching she is open to exploring and discussing a vast variety of music with her students.
