About Elisabeth
I am an undergraduate student majoring in mathematics, French, and English. I have been tutoring for over five years in these topics as well as: ESL, exam preparation, time management skills, organization of homework, homework and course work help, and memorization skills. I have also spent 7 years teaching music to children of many ages and levels, adults of various levels, and special needs children.

I believe that each student learns differently, especially when it comes to music, so when I begin teaching a new student, the first thing I do is find out what type of learner they are. Then we figure out how I can help while we use our time wisely. For younger children, there are many activities (such as flashcards or memorization games) that aid in the learning process, so the children still enjoy what they learn.

I have used Elisabeth several times to tutor my five children with different parts of their schoolwork that they have struggled with over the years. One of my sons is on the autism spectrum and she is amazing with him. He absolutely adores her and they work well together. I recommend Elisabeth for any age and subject.
Lizzie got me through all three Calculus classes I had to take in university. She had more patience than anyone else I had ever met and never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself. I only passed those classes because of her dedication. I could text her asking for extra sessions and she would make herself available that day or the next to help me. I would recommend her any day!
All four of my children were tutored by Elisabeth weekly for six years and we loved her! She incorporates all types of learners and makes learning fun to any child. I would highly recommend her for any age.
