About Katya
I have a lot of experience childminding, working with children and I study Education at the University of Cambridge. This makes me very understanding with all children, maintaining professionalism. I have also worked with actors to train them to play piano for performances in the West End. So I can teach piano for any purpose you may be considering. I have had around 30 students overall, many of whom were long-term students, and all of different ages and levels.

I have been trained by West Kensington Music Team to teach according to the Scaramuzza technique, which many of the leading concert pianists such as Daniel Barenboim would know. I teach complete beginners as well as more advanced pianists, and I work online with two cameras, one for my face and the other for my hands. Lessons are typically 1 hour, and I provide written reports at the end, so that the student (or their parent) is able to know exactly what to work on for homework. All ages are welcome!
