About Carmela
Specialized in different pathologies such as scoliosis, herniated discs, protrusions, postural problems, fibromyalgia, injuries, blind people, obesity, osteoporosis, diabetes, spinal diseases, rehabilitation gymnastics, etc. Children, and among my students I have older adults up to 96 years old. (Yes! 96 !!) Personalized classes adapted to the student, small groups, individuals, and for companies and neighborhood communities. Mat Pilates Instructor (Floor Pilates) -Triple degree from the Spanish Federation of Pilates and Tai-Chi, Spanish Association of Pilates, Tai-Chi and Qi Gong, and Spanish Association of Pilates Instructors. Pilates classes Floor at home, outdoors, Individuals, small groups (up to 3 people), Companies, Ampas, Nurseries or Community of neighbors. All levels. Madrid and surroundings. From my experience as a dancer and Pilates instructor for 9 years now, I seek to give support and motivation to those people who want to feel better about their body. Depending on each person, their needs and their possibilities, we will seek to gain greater strength, flexibility, resistance, and improve lung capacity and posture, at the same time that we will work on body awareness, coordination, memory ... to find this way , a general well-being that can be felt from the first class. There is also the possibility of complementing the Pilates class with yoga and relaxation exercises.

Las clases con Carmela fueron estupendas. Volví a retomar los estiramientos y el Pilates gracias a ella. Muy pendiente de tu evolución y de las correcciones posturales, tan necesarias para no hacerte daño. Creó un ambiente distendido y muy agradable para practicar.
Les recomiendo tomar clases con Carmela, porque además de estar siempre atenta a que realices el ejercicio correctamente para evitar malos esfuerzos, sus clases son muy amenas y te trasmite su amor por el Pilates. Yo realicé las clases de forma online.
