About Veda
I'm a young entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast. I have been training in pilates for over 6 years, focusing on contemporary pilates with minimal equipment.
I have a background in dance and Yoga and love incorporating elements of each into my classes.
I am currently also training in gymnastics and try to incorporate calisthenics and mindedness into my sessions.
I love helping you reach YOUR goals. So let's set them and get them!

Having trained for over 6 years, this class will cater to various body types at any level. I teach contemporary pilates to the beat of the music. In this class we will:
•Work on strength building (without equipment).
• Improve flexibility and movement.
• Incorporate principles from Yoga and Dance.
• Understand the differences in body types and explore various types of fitness.
• We groove to music and most importantly, have fun!
