About Kahina
I am an experienced singing tutor with over 7 years of teaching students from schools, colleges, and professional backgrounds. My goal is to help students find their voice, develop strong technical skills, and gain confidence in performing. I believe that singing is a form of self-expression and creativity, and every student has a unique voice waiting to be discovered.
In my lessons, I combine practical exercises, music theory, and real-life examples to make learning both effective and enjoyable. I teach vocal techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, tone quality, and vocal strength. Additionally, I focus on stage presence, expression, and performance skills, helping students convey emotion and connect with their audience. I also guide students in related areas such as rhythm, sight-reading, and interpretation, providing a well-rounded music education.
My teaching style is flexible and student-centred. Beginners receive patient guidance to build a solid foundation, while intermediate and advanced students are supported in refining technique, preparing for performances, and overcoming challenges like stage fright or maintaining vocal consistency. I emphasise steady practice, positive reinforcement, and progress tracking to help students achieve measurable results.
I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable experimenting, learning from mistakes, and expressing themselves through music. My ultimate mission is to help students not only improve technically but also develop a lifelong love for singing and confidence to perform anywhere, anytime.

My teaching methodology for Singing is designed to make learning simple, practical, and supportive. I use real-life examples and case studies to explain vocal techniques by connecting them to everyday voice use and real songs.
I teach with empathy, understanding that students may feel nervous or unsure, and I guide them patiently. My approach is flexible, allowing me to adjust lessons based on the student’s needs and progress.
Clear communication ensures that students understand each concept properly. With a problem-solving mindset, I help students overcome vocal difficulties through focused practice and guidance.
Along with Singing, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm, ear training, vocal warm-ups, and performance confidence.
