About Pooja
I'm a yoga instructor/therapist...and I am graduated and postgraduated in yoga therapy in regular mode. From SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore. And have 2 years of working experience from NIMHANS HOSPITAL, Bangalore as a yoga therapist. During my work in NIMHANS I have cured many patients through yoga. And now, I want to explore my knowledge in yoga and want to cure people through yoga. I'm taking yoga sessions for various health disorders (Psychological, neurological, physical fitness).
