About Catarina
I am half Portuguese and spoke Portuguese as a child. I also lost my Portuguese as a child and was determined to re-learn, I managed to successfully get myself to a C2 level at home with no help and was able to take my A-Level because of this. I was raised in a dominantly Portuguese and Brazilian area, so speaking Portuguese is part of my day to day, and typically is the language most used every day. My first job was in a Portuguese/Brazilian café, where I mainly used Portuguese, but would sometimes have to translate between English and Portuguese for some customers and co-workers.

Each class is adapted to each individual's strengths and weaknesses. Both Portuguese from Portugal and Portuguese from Brazil are taught simultaneously, similarities and differences are taught. 1 hour lesson. I previously was a language tutor and can even help tutor for GCSE and A-Level Portuguese. Lessons are for all ages who would like to learn Portuguese. Can teach up to a C1 level.
