About Daniel
I am currently a scientist researching genome assembly in ruminants. I have published five first-author papers and I am working on my sixth.
My undergraduate degree was in Biochemistry at Mount Allison University, where I received high honours. I awarded my Masters degree for microbiology at the University of Saskatchewan.
I received my PhD at La Sorbonne in Paris France for Microbiology/Computational biology.
I am currently working remotely on a project with the Royal Vetrinary College in London UK.

I build my style to suit the student. In general, I focus on the three key pillars of learning: Memorization, Comprehension, and analysis. I will provide a list of necessary terms and pathways with details to aid you in memorization. I will provide/ make a lecture suited to the student's level to guide them in understanding. Finally, specialized problems are provided to aid with the skill of analysis. I believe in an interactive back and forth and challenge my students to improve their skills.
This all being said, I am also proficient at teaching you to 'beat the test'. Focused drills and explanations of test areas are necessary to beat MCAT and other tests.
