Session will be one hour. As a young dynamic teacher, I can catch up with all age groups of students starting from the age of 11. School-going children can increase concentration and brain activity through doing yoga. Adults will experience a peaceful and calm mind and eradicate stress and anxiety. Through this class, you will get a complete yogic diet, meditations, classic yoga Asana, Surya Namaskar, yoga nidra through which you can get rid of lifestyle diseases, anxiety, stress, etc. Expert at chantings of bhagavathgita!
