About Ariadna
I finished my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Chicago in 2017, under Gopi Om (a disciple of Sri Dharma Mittra). I incorporate Dharma's teachings into the practice. During the class, we'll meditate as well as focus in the physical body.

All levels are welcome. I teach a dynamic multi-level Vinyasa class that focuses on opening up the heart and letting go of everything that isn't good for our mental health. I have a structure, but we'll work on things you need assistance with (moving the hips, opening up the chest, working on arm and core strength ... whatever you need, I'll provide)

Perfect! Je suis ravie de pratiquer le yoga avec Ariadna. Elle s'adapte vraiment aux besoins de chacun. Elle m'a appris les bases puis au fur et à mesure des séances à su faire évoluer les positions pour augmenter le challenge tout en respectant les progrès du corps. J'aime beaucoup sa playlist. Je suis vraiment ravie de l'avoir rencontrée. C'est également une très belle personne ! Je la recommande +++ !!
Perfect! Superbe cours ! Ariadna propose une séance à la fois spirituel et fun, adaptée à mon niveau et mes besoins. C'était challengeant mais tout de même facile à suivre. Elle m'a donné envie de continuer dans ce type de pratique. Je recommande !
