About Emma
I am an artist and a mother. I have had just over 2 year experience in teaching English as a foreign language and developing basic skills and confidence for native speakers. I have an honours degree in Fine Arts from Rhodes University in South Africa, where I am originally from.

I am calm and patient and kind and I bring this approach into my lessons. I am very adaptable and understanding of each individuals needs. I have taught a wide range of people, from kindergarten to professors. I use the technique of self-discovery, where I aim to get the student to elicit as much as they can on their own, with my assistance.
