Perfect! I had the pleasure of learning yoga from Chaitanya, an amazing teacher who helped me address my back pain through her therapeutic approach to yoga. She is incredibly skilled in teaching advanced postures online and incorporates modern yoga tools such as the yoga wheel, bricks, and strip into her sessions.
