About Maria
Teaching is what gives me life, it gives me reason to breath. That's what yoga is all about. I first started practising pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to improve my asthma and my lungs got stronger. Also the stronger and flexible my body transformed the more confident i felt in my own skin.
Let's not forget that meditation has transformed me into a more mindful person and appreciate the most important things in my life.

Always paying attention to detail, applying the pilates principles & the yogic philosophy in my yoga classes as i believe one cannot exist without the other. In a 60 minutes yoga class you will get the chance to learn about different types of breathing, improve posture, flexibility and strengthen the whole body. The classes are for all levels and ages from 12 until 70 years old.
