About Jiwon
I’m a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, specialising in prenatal and postnatal yoga, integrating gentle Pilates-based movement for spinal and pelvic support. I have a deep understanding of the changes your body experiences during pregnancy and focus on safe, personalised sessions that relieve discomfort and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. I enjoy creating a calm, supportive environment where you can feel confident and connected to your body. Every session is adapted to your trimester, energy level, and unique needs, ensuring that you feel comfortable, safe, and empowered throughout your pregnancy journey.

These prenatal sessions combine gentle yoga and Pilates-based movement, carefully adapted to your body’s needs during pregnancy. As a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, I focus on safety, comfort and body awareness, helping you move with confidence throughout your pregnancy. Each private session is fully personalised according to your trimester, energy level and physical condition. We work on: -relieving back, hip and pelvic discomfort -improving posture and breathing -supporting pelvic stability and gentle core engagement -creating a calm and supportive space for your body and mind My approach is slow, respectful and evidence-informed, ensuring that every movement feels safe and appropriate for your changing body. No previous yoga or Pilates experience is required. Sessions are suitable from early pregnancy onwards, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare provider.
