Shilpa is an extremely knowledgeable person having more than 10 years of theoretical and practical experience. Her ability to give realistic examples to substantiate the concepts differentiates her from other teachers and professors. Her delivery style is interactive and she makes her students very comfortable so that they can interact with her freely to clarify doubts, if any. It is very important for a trainer to think from student's perspective and if they can understand what is being taught.
