This will be a complete interactive session engaging the kids throughout
Session duration: 3 hrs
Topics focused:
• Confidence Building – Identifying there area of interest and grooming them to pursue / upskill. Making them acknowledge their personal strengths and talents
• Self-esteem – Ensuring they value and appreciate the little things they hold
• Positive attitude - Emotional and mental approach that centers on their bright side, to ensure they look at everything in a positive way
• Public speaking – Ensuring their confidence in addressing a live audience (small to large scale audience)
• Gratitude – List down their blessings and ensure they remember to be thankful for what they are than just what they have
• Effective communication – Guide them to express their thoughts, opinions and knowledge, that the message is received and understood with clarity and purpose they intend to
• Hygiene and grooming – Cleanliness, appearance and habits
• Body Language – The influence of body language in communication and the right posture
• Role play of practical situations – Giving them situations and guidance on how to respond to them. Ex: The child accompanies their grandparent to a shop where the grandparent undergoes a medical emergency (how to react and respond) or how to approach a waiter at the restaurant to ask for a set of cutlery etc
• Understanding and progressing towards eliminating their fear – Steps to face and fight your fear
