About Joshua
I am a student at Stetson University getting a degree in Music Education. I have been playing Saxophone and other woodwinds for over 10 years. Classical and Jazz saxophone are welcomed. I play with various professional ensembles around central Florida, and have been teaching private lessons locally for four years.

When I work with students, I want them to feel engaged with what they do. I don’t want to have them sit down and be completely bored by someone telling them exactly what they need to do all the time. I work with students to teach them how to approach problems and work on their critical thinking skills to solve them. By giving them a means to solve problems on their own, I’ve seen many more students stick with their instrument instead of getting frustrated when it gets hard.
