About Mariyam
I graduated with a BSc honours degree in Psychology with Criminology.
I have over 10 years teaching experience in the humanities department. I also have over 15 years experience working with children in non academic settings.
I am a specialist in Psychology and Sociology A-level tuition, revision and exam preparation/technique. I have taught A-level and GCSE for over 10 years and have marked exams papers for various examining boards.

I provide tutees with clear, concise class notes and revision materials aimed at ensuring that they understand how to address exam questions and how to structure essays. I can provide tutees with a huge bank of past paper questions and model answers with examiner feedback to accompany these questions.
Homework essay questions will be provided to tutees and marked as it would be by official examiners in live exams, thus addressing strengths and weaknesses.

She is a great teacher who explains everything very clearly. She teaches the content in a way that you can remember it. She is very organised and kind.
I would recommend Mariyam to students who want to succeed in sociology and psychology. I find her lessons easy to understand and tailored to individuals needs. As a tutor she is was very helpful in preparing students for exams as she is an examiner herself and has a wealth of knowledge of what is expected when spitting exams.
