About Vicki
I have completed an accredited Yoga Teacher Training Diploma (over 500 hours) and am registered with Yoga Australia. I also have an Honours (1st class) degree in Psychology and combined with yoga tools assist students cultivate a more calm, steady and focused mind through movement and breath. I believe if you practice safely there is "no right or wrong". Our experience each time with yoga and our relationship with ourselves is different and over time can be transformational. I specialise in private yoga classes for mental and physical well-being in my home or in yours tailored to individual needs.

My private teaching method incorporates breath and movement to help focus and calm the mind, strengthen the body and build flexibility. If you can breathe you can do yoga! Depending on individual needs and goals, I incorporate yoga tools such as asana (poses), breathing, sound, guided relaxation and meditation. I love to build yoga tuition around themes such as gratitude, letting go, balance, non-attachment, curiosity and compassion.
