My teaching method is Humanistic and I use behavioural theories to understand and help people. My session would mainly focus on understanding where you come from, understand you and provide you tailored solutions. My session will also hold interactive, fun and mindful activities. My ultimate goal is to help them understand their problem, bring clarity in their life and show them how to deal with it.
