About Svetlana
I have been teaching Go since 2002 online and in-person. Some of my students became European and Russian champions in under 12 and 16 categories. I do my best to improve students' level. I know how to explain difficult things in a fun and easy way and teach all levels from beginners to advanced players.

I'm 3 dan professional Go player from Korean Baduk (Go) Association. I was born in Russia, at 17 years old went to Korea to study Go and graduated university there. In 2013 I moved to Canada where live currently.
I have played in numerous European and World tournaments. My career highlights are winning the European Go Championship in 2006 and representing Europe at the Fujitsu World Cup in 2004 and 2007. I'm 2 times European female champion. I teach Go online and I am always looking for new students who enjoy the game and want to improve!
I teach both children and adults and make my lessons fun and interesting.
