I am a professional Dancer, Aerialist and Mindset coach. I have dedicated my life to my craft and I love every minute of it. Dance has opened up so many doors for me and allowed me to see the world and get paid for it. I want to make sure everyone has this opportunity of allowing dance to be a passion in their life.

Whether you are a professional or pre pro dancer looking for extra training, a competitive dancer wanting extra tips or a beginner looking to have some fun, my classes will be tailored specially to your needs. I also do mindset coaching to help you achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Depending on the style of class most sessions will consist of a warm up, some technique, choreography and a cool down.
