The body recounts is an experimental course that is born from the fuselage of technical wisdom: Oriental Dance, Persian Dance, Sufism Technique and Tribal Fusion Technique. The course is aimed at everyone: both beginners and experienced dancers What does the body say? The body tells stories that escalate our consciousness. This set of techniques teaches us to live our physicality in two totally opposite ways: one is a liberating, soft and light-hearted way to dance. The other requires total muscle control. The contrast between Expansion and Contraction of Muscles brings a total awareness and self-control of the body that teaches us to identify where our deeper emotions are located. The search for the movement starts with the focus on the muscular micro-alignment that occurs when we are emotionally excluded from our control. All these techniques sewn together make the body an open book that tells a story that comes straight to the spectator's heart. It is also an intense and profound personal work that brings us to rediscover and to wonder about ourselves

Zaira é una professionista. Eccezionale ballerina e bravissima insegnante. Ha una conoscenza approfondita della danza, sia teorica che pratica e tanta, tanta esperienza. Assolutamente Super consigliata!
Io credo che sia un'insegnante eccezionale sia con i bambini che con noi adulti, è gentile,presente e molto collaborativa...insomma un insegnante a tutto tondo!!! È una ballerina geniale che non balla solo con il corpo ma anche con l'anima e il cuore!!!! Io la raccomando a chiunque voglia intraprendere un esperienza di danza..
Zaira e' una maestra di danza di alta classe a livello globale! La sua vita e' dedicata alla danza e quindi ti trasmette un ampio spectro di techniche e scienza a riguardo del mondo della danza (sopra tutto orientale).
Lei e' una insegnante sensibile, attenta e precisa. Nella sua classe di danza orientale non imparo solo diverse techniche di danze orientale ma riesco anche a trovare un approccio personale tra me e la mia femminilita'/ sensualita'.
Assolutamente consigliata!
È una bravissima ballerina (è un piacere vederla danzare), ha una ottima tecnica nello spiegare e nel far imparare le varie figure della danza orientale, mette una grande passione e sa trasmettere questa passione alle allieve, sa raccontare la storia di molti passi. è simpatica e solare e inventa coreografie bellissime
