Lauren's classes are always full of fun and sensitively planned around her students. She clearly loves movement and dance, and brings that enthusiasm along with professional expertise to every lesson, creating an atmosphere in which students can grow in confidence as they learn new skills and push their own boundaries. I attended Lauren’s weekly dance therapy classes in Edinburgh for almost a year. I loved her approach from the first class, she’s very creative when crafting the sessions and every time I was left feeling more in tune with my body and my thoughts.

Would highly recommend her as a tutor! She’s very empathetic and takes the time to understand and appreciate everyone’s style of movement. I haven’t yet found any other class that would inspire my dancing (or other creative outlets!) while bettering my mental health as much in one session.

Lauren is wonderful teacher, always attuned the the mood of the day, place and potential of the class. She's got a great energy and warm personality which makes every lesson different, fun and memorable.
