About Helen
Enjoying to share my love for Ballet with you.
During my education and later career I have had many different teachers and ballet masters that formed me and made me the dancer who I am today.
Ballet is a complex world of aestethis and athletics. It is important to maintain your body with a proper & healthy technique and to discover your own individual artistry.
While every student is different I will be polishing your qualities and strengthen your weaknesses, so you will feel balanced and confident presenting yourself.
If you are a beginner, let me introduce you to the world of graceful strength and start enjoying a new found movement!

If you are a young dancer getting ready for the professional world or you are a beginner and just have discovered your love for Ballet.
We will be focusing on technique, artistry and musicality.
Teaching Vaganova Method
The class will consist of a traditional Barre, Center Work and Jumps.
