About Bruna
I have over 10 years of experience as a professional musician, leading my own bands and being part of other people's projects. I have a master's degree in jazz drums from Codarts University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
At the moment I'm working in a music school in my hometown, as well as offering online lessons, so I teach students on a daily basis.
I believe that teaching is not a delivery system, where the student is presented with information and they must simply do what they're told. A good teacher nurtures the student's creativity and curiosity, mentors them and helps them explore their taste in music and guides them on the path of discovering their instrument.

Bruna Matić is a qualified drum teacher with years of experience leading her own bands and performing with other artists offering lessons to everyone from absolute beginners to professionals.
Having obtained her master's degree in jazz drums in the Netherlands and bachelor's degree in Austria she also works as a professional musician versatile in many different genres of music.
She is also this year's winner of the Status award in the category of jazz drums given by the Croatian Musicians Union.
