Matthew is an awesome musician and composer with a wide perspective of music genres from Classical to Jazz. He is very enthusiastic and patient teacher, he's funny and he can effectivelly help solve problems and improve student skills.

Hi, I was in an musical drama production with Matthew Quillam in which he was Musical Director and also a performer. His virtuosity on the ukulele was amazing, I thought. He was inspiring for the whole cast which he coached through their singing parts as well as creating all backing tracks. He’s a very friendly, intelligent and likeable person and I’m sure will inspire any beginner or experienced ukulele player. I’ve watched a couple of Matthews YouTube tutorials and found them really interesting and engaging. And he’s only about 19 .. bit of a show off really . Best wishes!
