Hey, I'm Yanick. My father introduced me to yoga 20 years ago. I went through a big career change from a highly technical position to yoga teacher and I never looked back. Some things I love are cooking, fitness, introspection and reading.

Recently, I had the pleasure of John teaching me the basics of Chinese cooking in my very own kitchen, it was fabulous. Not only did I learn how to bake, broil, etc, and use spices that I could never figure out, the dishes were delicious. John is a great teacher, he made cooking easy and a lot of fun. I would recommend his abilities and knowledge of cooking to any student.
