As a BNYS Physician, I provide a clinical yoga experience that bridges the gap between traditional practice and modern medical science. Each 45-minute session is carefully structured, beginning with a brief health consultation to track your progress, followed by evidence-based therapeutic movement, and concluding with clinical Pranayama for nervous system regulation. These lessons are designed for adults of all ages and experience levels, particularly those seeking a professional, medically-informed approach to managing chronic conditions such as PCOS, hypertension, or work-related stress.
