About Beatriz
I am a girl that has always been drawn to singing since I can recall being alive! We all find different sides within ourselves that sustain our soul and I think music is the igniter for some of our biggest and most powerful emotions.
I started with small dreams that slowly became a reality.
Today, I am happy to have worked with a great number of the top artists in the world and to have gained from their powerful insight.
I am happy to be a Samling and Britten Pear Young Artist and to provide you with what I have learnt from the greats in a relaxing a fun atmosphere!

Singing can feel mysterious at first! Sometimes the voice responds easily, and sometimes it doesn’t. I enjoy helping singers understand their voice and find a technique that feels natural, free, and expressive.
I am a Portuguese soprano and recently completed my Masters of Performance with Distinction at the Royal College of Music in London. Alongside performing in opera and concert repertoire, I work with singers who want to develop their voice in a supportive, fun and relaxed environment.
In lessons we usually begin with gentle warm-ups and technical exercises to build breath support, freedom in the voice, and ease of resonance. From there we explore repertoire together, focusing on musical expression, diction, and interpretation. I always adapt the lesson to the individual singer - every voice develops differently.
Lessons are typically around 60 minutes. Some students come simply because they love singing and want to gain confidence, while others are preparing for auditions, exams, or conservatoire applications. I am happy to work with both beginners and more experienced singers :)
Above all, let's have some fun! Let's experiment, discover and ignite the singer within you. Feel free to bring all and ask any questions :)
