About Tessa
Tessa has beginner, intermediate and advance pole qualifications from the IPDFA. She completed her Elevated Level 1 teacher training with Marlo Fisken.
Currently based in Norwich, UK she has taught in the UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and more. Tessa has competed professionally winning the Hong Kong Pole championships 3 times as well as being a finalist in Pole Theatre Australia, Exotic Generation UK, Asia Pole Championships and the International Pole Championships to name a few.
She is currently working as freelance instructor teaching both pole fitness and heels classes. As well as pole dance, she is trained in Stretch Therapy with Kit Laughlin and as her Level 2 group fitness certification.
