About Nirmalanand
I am a professional with more than 34 yrs of comprehensive experience in Training and Management.I took the assignments of training young minds as well grown-ups in ‘Personality Development, Communicative Skills, Spoken English and Soft Skills’. Now, I have the experience of more than seven years in this field. I have so far successfully trained over 1000 persons that include students, job seekers, job holders and homemakers with high degree of success. I bring forward my technical and industrial experience to make training more focused and attractive.

I design need based lessons and the processes after assessing the requirement of each student or individual. I simplify lesson plans to achieve the objectives of the training without sacrificing the quality. I do not follow one rigid method, but adopt the approach fitting to the learners. I adopt basic methods which include motivation, spiritualism and self-development. I work with students and individuals to enhance their awareness, insight and confidence and inspire and motivate them to aim high and achieve big in their life and career. Precisely, I adopt techniques and activities with a focus on motivation and help learners become independent and inspired to learn more and more.
