About Massimo Lorenzo
My name is Massimo Lorenzo Panaro, I am 20 years old, and I spent 12 years of my life inside the competitive gaming environment of Yugioh, it is definitely something I grew up with. To grow inside the game, however, being without a reference guide, it took me many years to learn the reference mechanics, nevertheless I managed to achieve good results in the context of tournaments in my period of most intense activity:
- top 128 at the Italian Nationals in June 2016
- regional winner at YCS Rimini August 2016
- top 4 at Trento Regional tournament in January 2017
- qualified to the 2016 European Championship
- qualified to the 2017 European Championship
- Winner of a Back To Duel Championship in october 2020
What motivates me to teach is to make sure that new players, or anyone who approaches competitive play for the first time (or in a long time), has a point of reference for making progresses in the game quickly; to be a guide to avoid that other people find themselves confused for a long time as it happened to me when I started playing it, when I was completely abandoned to myself.

I teach Yugioh game learning lessons for all levels, from simply learning the rules for the first approach to the game, to creating the deck with the student according to his approach, preferences, and budget availability, to studying the game. Last but not least, game and tournament preparation.
In a typical lesson we will first of all clarify the student's needs, and then always proceed from a theoretical explanation to moments of practical play. In a possible study of the relevant decks in the current metagame, the lesson would be structured through an analysis of the major plays by the aforementioned, the strengths and weaknesses of the deck in question, and how the player's deck can be able to counter it. To then continue with a demonstration, each corresponding to the situations just studied.
Cards will always be used in every single lesson, the reference online simulator will be Dueling Book.
