Durante tutto l'anno ha seguoto assiduamente le lezioni ed anche le interrogazioni dei compagni mostrando sempre grande interesse alla loro preparazione e ad eventuali errori. É molto maturo e responsabile e nutre un vero interesse per il mondo del food. É paziente e molto chiaro nelle presentazioni e nell'esposizione di concetti. Penso che sia veramente tagliato per l'insegnamento.
