About Alena
I am a language teacher and I've given private lessons for over two years and I've taught a variety of students, and different ages and levels.
My students are usually very happy with the progress they make, in all four of the essential skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing). I focus on enhancing their active skills, especially their speaking skills.

What I offer: A customised, hands-on approach that makes language relevant for the student. Student-centred with maximised student participation and speaking time.
I have a creative approach to language learning and teaching and I prepare lessons well according to the student's needs.

I have a certificate from Cambridge University to teach English (CELTA) and a Bachelor of Languages and Literature. In addition, I recently graduated with a Masters in Business Economics and Management (English studies).

Perfect! Alena est vraiment une "Superprof", dynamique et toujours avec le sourire! Elle m'a beaucoup appris et m'a permis de prendre confiance et d'être plus fluide en Allemand. Je prends un cours par semaine avec elle depuis plusieurs mois afin de préparer mon futur déménagement en Allemagne et j'apprécie beaucoup le fait qu'elle sache me proposer des exercices personnalisés en lien avec la vie courante et mes domaines d’intérêt. De plus, elle est toujours très ponctuelle.
