About Swadha
I am Swadha Shreyashi and I am an MBA Graduate. I have an experience of 5 years working with different companies in HR Recruitment. But now I have switched to teaching because I feel that sharing my knowledge would enhance it. Teaching is not a one sided activity. It should be both ways, the mentor sharing the details on the topic and the students giving their insights on the same. This makes it easier for the mentor to streamline the sessions as per the intellectual level of students.
I don't have much experience in teaching but I feel that I can be a good mentor and provide guidance and support to as many students as I can.

Hindi as a subject is tricky, but when you get a good mentor you never hesitate to ask doubts. I am looking forward to teach the subject in a student friendly and student centric way. I teach not only for namesake but to make sure that each of my pupils have understood the subject matter and do not proceed without their consent.
Random question and answer sessions would make the students attentive in the class and on the other hand would give an idea to me of their level of understanding of the subject matter. I would make sure that each of my pupils are at par with each other.
Lively discussions and one to one interaction would make the session even more interesting.
