I am writing this for those that are in the gym or in the basement. You are exhausted, hot, sweaty, and about ready to call it a day. You start to think to yourself, "I can stop now. I worked hard today and I deserve to go home early today. What is it going to hurt?"
be should energetic, be hardworking, be motivation to others, be maintain fitness in every moment.
I was very underweight. I had a terrible desire to gain weight. I tried hard and didn't stop even when my companions made fun of me. In the end I got a good result and even those who made fun of me clapped for me.
I said that no matter who makes fun of you, you have to keep going and reach heights that those who make fun of you can never reach.
