About Gloria
I was born in Germany (I can provide fluent German sessions) and grew up in Spain, however was schooled in English most of my life. I moved to London to further my education and am a psychology student that had very positive results changing people's attitudes towards life for the better. I have conducted focus groups, done online courses and am currently being formally trained in psychology. I want to offer affordable therapy as the UK provides limited access to this. I can help reorientate your life in areas such as productivity, relationship issues or insomnia.

There is no one method to address life's hurdles. I will personalise my help according to individual situations, by laying out the details and together with you formalising a course of action. For some specific cases such as insomnia I can provide a certified insomnia program to reboot your sleeping cycle within 4-6 weeks. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
