I am a psychotherapist. I practice brief therapy and clinical hypnosis (it focuses on building solutions for current problems or situations in the fewest possible sessions). You can work on stress and anxiety management, self-esteem, improvement in personal relationships, phobias, addictions, eating disorders, depression, exam preparation, among others.
