With the ever going need to be relevant in whichever field a student decides to stay, there is a strong need for proper guidance and mentor ship be it at a professional level or at a personal level. Also there is this need to provide education to everyone at a more practical level rather than just sticking to theory which doesn't help much once the student decides to pursue a career and to bridge that gap, I believe to bring in my experience gained over years at both professional and personal level and pass it on to the students and connect with them to understand their needs and make their learning process a more interactive one.
Also there is huge pressure on students to stay competitive making them feel low if they aren't able to do well for whatever the reason is. So I believe a need for someone who can instill positive thought process and also make them feel good about who they are and then help them figure out what they want to do with their life. Also I would like to provide insights about the students by providing a deeper understanding who they are and also help them find their feet in this society in a way that they don't feel having compromised their individual indentity
