I used to absolutely hate yoga and through Mary I realised that it can be a wonderful practice to strengthen your body, endurance and flexibility. She has a very approachable and friendly demeanour and her approach to the flow is structured and easy to follow. She truly makes the space a haven to practice without judgement, but instead surrounded by focus and understanding
I've known Mary and has been my teacher for years. Lessons with her always are flowing and have a little bit of everything. You empower your body, unlock it step by step never failing to guide you and remind you the little things. Last but not least but very important to me is the only teacher to have send me away in savasana to so many calm worlds.
