About Shaily
I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant with professional experience in statutory audit and financial reporting. Through my career, I have worked extensively with financial statements, accounting standards, compliance requirements, and practical implementation of Ind AS. This exposure has given me a strong conceptual foundation and real-world understanding of how financial reporting works beyond textbooks.
Why I Want to Teach
During my own CA journey, I realized that Financial Reporting is often perceived as complex and overwhelming. However, once the underlying logic is understood, it becomes structured and logical. I want to help students overcome that fear and build true conceptual clarity.
Teaching allows me to simplify complex standards, share practical insights from real audit experience, and guide students not only for exams but also for their professional careers. My goal is to help learners think like finance professionals — not just memorize provisions, but understand their purpose and application.
I believe that strong fundamentals in Financial Reporting build confidence, open career opportunities, and create long-term professional growth — and I am passionate about being part of that journey.
